Through mindful movement, you’ll learn how to:
Fully occupy your body and re-connect with your breath
Calm your nervous system and create space for clarity
Reset your relationship with stress - both in the moment and through sustainable habits
Understand the deeper context behind your personal blockers
Explore new ways to live in harmony with yourself and your environment
Become a self-advocate for a life lived in flow state
As your nervous system settles, a gentle clearance process begins. This newfound clarity will open the door to fresh insights about your purpose and direction.
We will work through practical wellbeing techniques which take you out of your current thinking and which align your mindset and authentic actions with a life of meaning and fulfillment.
You’ll leave with a customised Roadmap to support your wellbeing and resilience, helping you thrive in all the roles you hold: colleague, leader, carer, parent, partner.

Workshop details
Date: Saturday 31 January 2026
Venue: Finstock Village Hall
Times: Sunrise session for All (Zoom) 7am - 8am. Then 10am - 5pm either in the hall or via Zoom.

Fee: £90 in-person attendance (includes Sunrise session)
Zoom passes: £80
Students attending remotely will receive digital workbook on Friday 30 Jan.
All students will receive slide decks, instructor demos, and recordings of the wellbeing & the PQ talks after the workshop.
Notes:
Agenda includes tea breaks & lunch. Please bring lunch with you. Teas & snacks will be provided.
The Positive Intelligence (PQ) section will be delivered as a standalone talk in line with my licence. I am a PQ Coach.
Bookings for in-person will be taken on a first-come first-served basis.
