  • Beginners’ class runs Mondays 17.50 - 19.00 (70 mins, small hall)

  • T’ai Chi Postures & Presence runs Mondays 19.00 - 19.50 (50 mins, large hall)

  • Intermediates class runs Mondays 19.50 – 21.00 (70 mins, large hall)
