‘T’ai Chi DVD - Exploring the four corners of T’ai Chi
To support students learning the T’ai Chi Chu’uan Yang Long Form.
Led by Helen Blantz, this demonstration DVD includes Warm-up exercises, meditative walking section, clear demonstration of Parts I, II & III, and some mini teaches of some of the more complicated postures.
