Monday class by invitation only. If you are new to my classes please get in touch. I am reserving spaces for current students to continue into the Summer Term. There may be places open up in April. Message me to join the Waitlist (or go ahead and book yourself into the Thursday class).

A recap of Part II of the T’ai Chi Yang Long Form. Suitable for beginners who have taken the Part II course. Returners to T’ai Chi are also welcome to join us for a rejuvenating morning of T’ai Chi practice and discussions on the symbolism and principles of T’ai Chi.
