NEW CLASS - T’ai Chi Postures & Presence
Delighted to introduce a NEW class for January 2026!
For anyone who is looking to combine mindful movement with breathwork, and looking to create more calmness in 2026.
T’ai Chi Postures & Presence, Spring 2026. This ten-week course is a mix of T’ai Chi and Qigong. We will concentrate on mindful movement, flexibility, mobility and wellbeing.
Exercise-based, we won’t cover the T’ai Chi Form in its sequence; but we will lay good foundations for learning T’ai Chi postures and principles. We will focus on connecting movement, mind and breath.
This is a 50-minute class, taking place at The Kings School, Witney (5.50pm – 6.40pm).
